Conan Exiles is an Early Access game and it's important to know that there will be frequent updates to the game. Please ensure your server is also up-to-date, as we do not update your server for you. You can update your server by logging into the control panel at https://control.low.ms, selecting your service and then clicking "Steam Update".
Method 2 - Check server region
Your server may have the incorrect server region set. To fix this, go into the control panel, select "Configuration Files" and then click "Text Editor" for ServerSettings.ini.
In this file, change serverRegion= to the following:
0 (for Europe e.g. Germany, London)
1 (For North America e.g. New York, Dallas, Oregon)
So if your server is at our Germany location, the setting should be:
serverRegion=0
