In order to accurately diagnose packet loss and network related issues, we require some more information to help us pinpoint where the problem is occurring:
1. The source IP (generally your IP or a server on another network) and destination IP (the server IP).
2. A description of the exact issue you're experiencing and exactly what time you experienced the issue.
3. An MTR to both the destination IP (the server IP) and the gateway IP on the same block. The gateway MTR will let us to compare and see if the issue is specific to your server or the network.
